We teamed up with Bageterie Boulevard for a mid-semester workshop. Starting with a deep dive into BB’s concept and history, at their Vysočany headquarters, students then observed operations at five branches, learning from branch managers and experiencing the restaurants’ dynamics. From that point on, over a two-day charette, 10 teams were tasked to create a unique user-centred concept for a specific BB branch that would engage all five senses. Each team presented to BB management and branch architects and three winners were selected.
